We guarantee that for customers within our service areas, when a unit
is an emergency down situation during normal operating hours we will
be at their site within four hours of receiving a call or we will perform
their next PM on the unit with no labour charges.*
Where requested and on all major repairs your Leavitt service
representative will provide you with a formal estimate of repairs. We stand
by our estimates and will only perform your forklift repair as approved.
We can provide annual reviews of your entire fleet with unit cost per hour tracking and
recommendations that will minimize forklift service costs due to unscheduled down time.
With over 100 Leavitt technicians we maintain an in house Technical Communication Center. Our
Technical Center provides ongoing technician training and catalogues equipment failures to assist in
reducing technician diagnosis times. The Leavitt Technical Center ensures that a Leavitt technician
is among the best in the industry to fix your forklift repair!
Let our scheduling system track your maintenance and we will notify you when your equipment
requires servicing, or let us install GPS tracking on your equipment and take the guess work out
of maintenance and fleet management.
Technicians are equipped with diagnostic laptops and scanners complete with all current factory
diagnostic programs to ensure fast, correct forklift repair.
All service work is backed by the Leavitt Machinery 6-month, 750
hour workmanship guarantee. We are confident that when we do a
forklift repair, it is done right the first time!
With over five million dollars in parts inventory we will have the parts you require when you require
to complete your forklift service.
