Leavitt Machinery has over 65 Field Technicians available to service
your equipment promptly, right at your place of business. These
technicians work out of our branches across Western Canada and
Washington State. Our trained forklift service staff come fully equipped
with mobile service units to complete all maintenance and most forklift
repairs right on-site.
Whether it is planned maintenance, a scheduled forklift service repair,
or an emergency break down, we can support your forklft service
needs.
Our field technicians are supported by our factories’ technical teams
and our in house tech service center. This allows our technicians to
reduce their diagnostic time and complete your forklift repairs right
the first time.
EMERGENCY FORKLIFT REPAIR SERVICE
Our Service Department is available for emergency repair. Call our toll
free line at 1-888-930-7620 and a representative will assist in getting
a technician out to you, or booking an in-shop appointment. We have
a complete selection of rental machines available to get you through
a major breakdown, so you will not be without a machine while yours
is repaired.
Emergency Response Guarantee
We guarantee that for customers within our service areas, when a unit
is an emergency down situation during normal operating hours we will
be at their site within four hours of receiving a call or we will perform
their next PM on the unit with no labour charges.*
